Refund policy
Returns and excanges:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, follow the instructions sent to you together with your order.
Returns are made by mail.

Vitunleija will not cover the shipping expenses.

You can also return the product at the Helsinki store: Kalevankatu 33, 00100 Helsinki.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Finland, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@vitunleija.eu.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@vitunleija.eu.

Heres how we use your personal information:
Deliver orders to you. Send service messages e.g. shipping information. Send you information by e-mail, sms or mail regarding our new products and services. To prevent and detect fraud.
Of course, you do not have to give us any of these personal data, but if you do not, you may not be able to buy from the site and you will not be able to get the best possible customer experience. But that's your choice, and we respect it.

You can ask at any time to stop sending you marketing messages. Turning off marketing messages does not mean that we stop sending support messages about your orders, for example.

How long does the shipping take
We are shipping packages everyday.
As we mention under each order, all orders will be shipped within three weeks from the date of order.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. We look forward to your next visit.
